Our Sheet Metal Equipment Includes:
A Trumpf 160 CNC sheet metal punch w/15" station tool
holding capacity, 40" x 80" sheet capacity in stainless
steel.

We have a Bosche controller and on line
programming software. We have a semi-
automatic Strippit 30-30 metal punch.

Jim Reimer's 45 years of experience is invaluable.

We also have a 35 ton 6' Diacro brake press and
a 90 ton 6' Cincinnatic press brake. We have
a 10" Wysong 7 gauge shear and a 6 ton
Haeger press. We have both a 12" roller
and a 36" roller. This gives us a high
precision, high production capability.

We have three welders: a Lincoln 30/200 TIG AC-DC
welder and 2 hot air thermoplastic welders. And finally,
we have a Plamsa cutter. And finishing out our sheet
metal equipment, we of course have all the necessary
support equipment to do the job right.
