Precision Milling
This part of our machine shop consists of 13 Bridgeport
Series 1 and 2 milling machines. All mills are equipped
with digital readout to increments of .0005. All mills are
serviced at regular intervals to maintain optimum accuracy.
Each machine is equipped with 6" angle lock vices and
other support equipment. We also have a 24" rotary table,
volstrol head, risers, and compound angle vices.

On Time Delivery Is Our Long Suit

Juan really knows his stuff.

  Our manual mills include:
  Bridgeport Series 2 manual mills
  2 Bridgeport W/42" table models with "J" heads
  10 Bridgeport W/4S table models with "2j" heads
  1 Induma w/42' table model with a "2j" head
  1 Newport w/42" table, model "j" head
  And, of course, all mills are equipped with angle
     lock vises, digital readouts and power feeds.
